Usually when I tell people that Shuler's has been in business since 1889, they like to joke that I don't look that old. That much is true. Shuler's was owned and operated by three generations of Shuler's before my father, Alex Zenker, purchased the business in 1971. At that time, Shuler's was an elegant little store on "lawyer's row" in downtown Norristown, conveniently located between a florist and the best candy shop in town. Even back then, Shuler's was the first and last stop for every special occasion. A lot has changed since then. Our Norristown store has moved to a new location, and we have opened a new store in Chesterbrook. We employ two goldsmiths and our own jewelry designer. Shuler's excels at creating beautiful custom jewelry, designed by you and our master craftsmen. From the beginning it has been Shuler's mission to create a staff that is well trained, motivated and personable. Fashions may change, but first-class service is always in style. So after 116 years Shuler's has learned that you are never too old to fall in love. We enjoy nothing more than meeting a new customer, helping them to find that special piece they are looking for and establishing a relationship for years to come.
